Please check your junk mail folder. You may also resend your confirmation email here. If you still don’t receive a confirmation email, you may have entered your email incorrectly during account registration. Try registering for a new account using the same email.
You can reset your password here. You will be required to enter the email address you used during account registration. Upon successful entry of your email address, an email with a new temporary password will be sent to the same email address. The temporary password will be valid for 4 hours. Upon successful login with your temporary password, you will be asked to enter a new password.

When copying and pasting your password, please ensure there are no extra "spaces" at the end. You can also reset your password again here.
If you reset your password, you will need to change the password right away which requires the “old password” (use the previously reset password sent by email). If you are using copy and paste, make sure no extra spaces are added when pasting the old password
You can get locked out of your account after 5 unsuccessful attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again.
If you are attempting to use “VISA/MC Debit”, this is not accepted for online credit card payments. Please attempt to use a Visa/MC Credit card instead. Visa/MC Debit is accepted for in person debit transactions only.
